Tonya Dean, M.Ed
Tonya Dean is the Founder and Director of Inspired Achievers Academy, bringing over a decade of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Master’s in Early Childhood Leadership and has taught in public schools and Head Start programs.
Tonya is passionate about nurturing children’s growth in every setting. She now leads a mobile childcare agency that supports families at home, in hospitals, and during supervised visitations.
Tonya’s philosophy is grounded in trust, relationship-based care, and empowering children to reach their fullest potential.
