All locations are confirmed in advance.
Supervised visitation allows parents and children to spend time together while a certified, neutral observer ensures safety and compliance with DFPS or court requirements.
Supervised visits are typically 2 hours, with a 15-minute parent orientation completed prior to the visit.
Yes. When staffing allows, multiple families may be scheduled at the same location.
Each family is assigned one certified observer at all times.
Yes. A minimum 10-minute transition period is scheduled between visits to prevent family overlap and allow for documentation and preparation.
Mobile childcare provides short-term or scheduled childcare support in approved locations when traditional childcare is unavailable.

No. Hospital sitters provide supervision, comfort, and support only. All medical care is provided by hospital staff.
Services are scheduled after referral or approval from the appropriate agency, caseworker, or contracting entity. Families may not self-schedule without authorization.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation, depending on agency or court requirements.
Yes. All information is handled in accordance with DFPS confidentiality standards and applicable privacy laws.
